Available today

Referee tools in operation.

The essentials to score, track and archive. Everything is included in the platform: no module to switch on, no extra charge.

Dedicated referee role

Access limited to scoring: score entry, game management, server tracking. No access to settings or draws. Permissions are strictly scoped to each tournament.

Timestamped audit trail

Every tournament referee decision (confirmation, change, rejected score, walkover, cancellation) is recorded in tournament_events with a UTC timestamp, source and full payload.

Multi-channel entry

Mobile, tablet, desktop. A QR link per match gives direct access to scoring with no account needed. Works on iOS, Android and desktop browsers.

Offline mode

Score entry in a sports hall with no wifi. Automatic sync as soon as the connection is back. No match lost.

Server, faults and position tracking

The app always shows which player is serving, from which side, the second serve, and the rotation after a side-out. It helps settle disputes.

Exportable history

PDF + Excel export of every decision in the tournament: confirmed scores, walkovers, timeouts, resolved disputes. An archive you can consult and export at any time.

Referee directory under construction

The first referees listed with public consent.

Referee directory under construction: see below the first referees who agreed to be listed publicly. Referees who want to appear here can tick the option when signing up; the listing is switched on once their email address is confirmed.

The directory is opening gradually: the first referees who have given their consent will appear here.

In development

The referee directory and its ecosystem.

Work is under way on these 4 projects, which form the backbone of the organiser ↔ referee relationship in PickleDeck.

Directory of FFT-certified referees

Q2 26

An interactive map of France, search by region and certification level (JA1, JA2, JA3, trainer). Referee profile with availability and areas covered.

Referee → tournament assignment workflow

Q2 26

An organiser looks for an available referee for their tournament and offers them the assignment. The referee accepts or declines in one click, with the option of a counter-proposal.

Structured post-tournament referee report

Q2 26

An FFT-aligned template, digital signature, tamper-proof archiving, automatic sending to the relevant committee. No more manual entry after the tournament.

Referee season tracking

Q2 26

The referee sees the tournaments they supervised over the year, their feedback and their statistics (number of matches refereed, dispute rate, organiser satisfaction).

Training roadmap: Q4 2026

Continuing training module for referees.

Beyond the directory and assignments, PickleDeck is preparing a module dedicated to continuing training. Details to be confirmed:

  • E-learning module for continuing training
  • Certification tracking (renewals, rule updates)
  • Quizzes and skills validation
  • A framework designed to take institutional recommendations on board

Are you a federation leader?

Let's talk about building the referee directory and the training module together. An institutional, no-commitment conversation.
