1Getting to score entry
Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code shown near the court or given to you by the organiser.
The link will open automatically in your browser.
The organiser can send you a link by text message or email. Just tap it to get to score entry.
A 4-digit code is asked for when the link opens. Enter it to get to score entry.
Once the code is entered, you stay signed in all day: no need to enter it again between matches.
2Entering a score
- 1
Start the match
Tap the “Start the match” button to start the timer. This tracks how long the match lasts.
- 2
Enter the score of each game
For each game, you can either type the score directly on the keyboard (e.g. 11), or use the + and − buttons.
The number of games and the rules (points to win, required margin) depend on the tournament and the stage. The screen only shows the right number of games: no need to count them.
- 3
Send the score
Tap “Submit score” to save it. The winner is worked out automatically.
Match over!
The score is saved and the tournament moves forward automatically.
3Special cases
If a team doesn't turn up or retires, use the “Walkover” button (from the match view) and select the team concerned.
If it was a mistake, a walkover can be cancelled as long as the next match hasn't started. Otherwise, contact the organiser.
If a score entered by the players is disputed, the organiser (or an authorised referee) decides from the scores screen.
Wait for confirmation before leaving the court.
If there's a technical problem or something unexpected, contact the organiser directly.
Their contact details are shown on the tournament page.
4Common problems
A connection is needed to save a score. If a red “Offline” banner appears at the top of the screen, your last submission was not taken into account.
Wait for the network to come back (Wi-Fi or 4G), then send the score again. Don't leave the court until you've seen the “Score sent” confirmation.
- Check your Wi-Fi or 4G connection
- Refresh the page (pull down)
- Close and reopen the browser
- Try scanning the QR code again
- Check that every game is filled in
- Check your internet connection
- The score must follow the tournament rules
- Wait a few seconds and try again
- If the problem persists, call the organiser
