I organise
Yes. Players enter through your link or a QR code, then pay by bank card (Stripe). You have nothing to collect and every payment is tracked in your dashboard.
Eight formats: pools (round robin), single elimination, double elimination, Swiss, Americano, Compass Draw, consolation draw and up and down the river. They can be combined (pools then a main draw) and the draw is generated with ranking or DUPR seeds.
At the end of the tournament, the results export (Excel and PDF) and sending to DUPR take one click.
No. PickleDeck is designed for volunteers, with help on every screen. Allow about five minutes to create a tournament, and a one-hour video demo is offered.
The draw is automatic, the court schedule builds itself, players or volunteers enter the scores on their phone, and the TV display shows everything in real time.
Scores can be entered without a connection and sync when it comes back. An offline pack (score sheets, pools, schedule) can also be printed before the tournament.
PickleDeck runs the whole tournament from start to finish: entries, payments, draws, scheduling, live scores, TV display, results export and sending to DUPR. The 2026 French Championship was run on PickleDeck.
I play
In the PickleDeck calendar: every tournament has its public page with dates, venue, price, entries and results. You can filter by region, date and level.
Choose a tournament, then click “Enter”. Give your event and your partner (or look for one), and pay online or on site depending on the tournament.
Each tournament shows its level, from local events to international ones. The higher the level, the more the points won count.
For a sanctioned tournament, your federation's licence is usually required: it is shown before entering. Recreational tournaments state their own conditions.
No. Everything also works in the browser, with no installation. The app simply lets you know when it is your turn to play.
